Cancellations

All booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. If you need to cancel your appointment, please give me at least 48 hours notice via Instagram.

No Shows

If you fail to attend your appointment without contacting me beforehand, a no show fee of 50% of the full service price

(not the remaining balance) will be charged. This fee exists to compensate for the lost appointment slot. Failure to pay the no show fee will result in no further bookings being accepted.

Right to Refuse Service

MXS Nails reserves the right to refuse service and/or permanently restrict any client at any time. This includes but is not limited to poor attendance, repeated cancellations, and disrespectful behaviour.
