Age

All clients must be aged 16 or over to book an appointment.

Nail Fixes

Any breaks, chips, or damage within 48 hours of your appointment will be fixed free of charge. Anything after 48 hours will be subject to a repair fee.

Late Arrivals

If you’re running late, please let me know via Instagram as soon as possible. I allow a 15 minute grace period for all appointments. If you haven’t arrived within that time, your appointment will be cancelled and your booking fee will be forfeited. Depending on the situation, I may be able to offer a simpler set to work within the remaining time.

Other Nail Technicians’ Work

I do not work over another technician’s work. Please arrive with bare nails unless you are booked in for an infill or redesign that was previously done by me.

Accompaniment

You are welcome to bring one (1) person with you to your appointment. Please leave small children and pets at home — my space is limited and I want to make sure your appointment runs smoothly. You are responsible for both yourself and anyone you bring with you.

Pricing

All prices are firm and must be paid in full on the day of your appointment. Bartering or negotiating on pricing will not be tolerated.

Behaviour

Rude or disrespectful behaviour will result in the immediate termination of your service and a permanent ban from booking with me.
